Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a passionate, energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor residents’ health by taking vital signs, observing behavior, and reporting any concerns promptly
• Support residents during meal preparation, cooking, and feeding to promote nutritional health
• Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
• Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with mobility using proper techniques to prevent injury
• Maintain cleanliness of resident living areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
• Document resident progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
