Position Overview
- Provide support to participants in choosing and participating in a variety of meaningful recreational, vocational, and daily living skills activities based on participant desires, parameters of the program, and their individualized Community Habilitation Plan.
- Assess participants’ interests, abilities, strengths, and limitations.
- Please follow the guidelines as instructed in the habilitation plan.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to participants
- Work with supervisors and co-workers to meet program needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A driver's License IS required; some exceptions are made based on experience with the position
