  • Guide live gameplay initiatives to evaluate, balance, and fine-tune core game systems.

  • Analyze player sentiment and game telemetry alongside team members to inform tuning and balance adjustments.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Data leaders to map out a clear roadmap focused on key player priorities.

  • Balance and prioritize feature development, quality-of-life enhancements, and critical issues in partnership with craft leaders and seasonal stakeholders.

  • Guarantee that engagement-focused designs meet quality benchmarks while staying aligned with seasonal themes.

  • Mentor and inspire team designers to execute creative concepts to the highest standard.

  • Exchange constructive feedback with stakeholders and team members, offering actionable solutions for process and project improvements.

  • Take ownership of overall project quality targets and deliver measurable results.

What we looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience leading game teams and defining design direction in a live service environment

  • Experience developing multiplayer games focusing on progression and player retention

  • Deep empathy and understanding of player needs and motivation

  • Demonstrated success in the gaming industry

  • Understanding of mass-market appeal and the ability to innovate within it
