Job Summary

Lead the company by developing and executing strategic business plans, managing operations, and driving growth while ensuring compliance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies, policies, and long-term growth plans to achieve company objectives
• Manage company operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource use
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand market presence
• Set measurable business goals, performance targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
• Monitor financial performance including profitability, cash flow, and operating costs to optimize fiscal health
• Approve budgets, major expenditures, investments, and allocate resources to support business priorities
• Lead and supervise senior management and departmental heads to ensure effective team performance
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve unified business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders to support business growth
• Represent the company at business meetings, negotiations, industry events, and strategic partnerships to enhance reputation
• Analyze business performance data and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and profitability
• Oversee recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and organizational structure to build a capable workforce
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, corporate governance, and industry standards to mitigate risks
• Identify business risks and develop risk management strategies to protect company assets and reputation
• Report business performance, strategic initiatives, and financial results to shareholders or the board of directors
