Director, Agency Business Operations

We're looking for a commercially minded Director, Agency Business Operations to partner with our Agency leadership team and drive operational excellence across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on improving performance, simplifying processes, leveraging technology and turning data into actionable insights. Working closely with senior leaders nationally, you'll identify opportunities to increase productivity, enhance client service delivery and support revenue and EBITDA growth.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with Agency leaders to drive business performance, productivity and profitability
• Leading operational improvement initiatives across multiple service lines
• Championing technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled ways of working
• Developing data-driven insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision making
• Standardising processes and creating scalable support models across the business
• Leading strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and change programs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in operations, business improvement, transformation or performance management
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret business metrics
• Experience driving process improvement, technology adoption and operational change
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys identifying opportunities and delivering results
