Director, AI Enablement
You will define and lead enterprise AI enablement strategy, adoption frameworks, governance, value realization, and organizational change initiatives. You will guide AI platform adoption, measure business outcomes, advise executives, lead responsible AI practices, and build and manage the AI Enablement organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI enablement vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop AI adoption frameworks aligned with governance, compliance, risk, and responsible AI practices
- Partner with executives to identify strategic AI opportunities
- Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives
- Establish AI Champions and Community of Practice programs
- Oversee enablement strategies for Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Google AI platforms, and emerging generative AI solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and business applicability
- Establish governance for AI use-case intake, prioritization, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Define AI success measures, KPIs, and value realization frameworks
- Build executive dashboards and performance reporting
- Partner with control functions on responsible AI frameworks and risk assessments
- Advise executives on AI adoption, risks, opportunities, and investments
- Build, mentor, and lead the AI Enablement organization
- Manage budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology enablement, digital transformation, product management, business transformation, enterprise platforms, or AI leadership
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Enterprise-scale adoption and organizational change experience
- Understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI copilots, enterprise AI platforms, and digital productivity solutions
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Google Cloud, and enterprise data ecosystems
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive organizational transformation
- Analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience defining KPIs, adoption metrics, value realization frameworks, and executive reporting
- Responsible AI and AI governance knowledge is preferred
- Advanced degree is preferred
- Spanish fluency is a nice-to-have
