Description
We are hiring for a leading global technology and consulting organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Development - Strategic Pursuit professional to support complex, high-value business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region.
This is a strategic, client-facing role combining HR Consulting, Workforce Transformation, M&A Advisory and Commercial Deal Pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the people and workforce-related aspects of strategic outsourcing, managed services, captive transitions and M&A opportunities across APAC.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, including CEOs, CHROs and CIOs, to understand workforce challenges and develop commercially viable HR solutions.
- Drive HR-related pre-sales and pursuit activities, including workforce transition strategy, people-risk assessment, solution development and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Legal, Finance, Sales and Delivery to support complex deal closures.
- Provide strategic advisory on employee transitions, organisational change, workforce integration and cross-border people considerations.
- Support business growth through strong client engagement, consultative selling and commercial negotiations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 13 - 15 years of experience in HR Consulting, People Advisory, HR Transformation, Workforce Transition or M&A Integration.
- Strong exposure to external client-facing consulting, business development, pre-sales or strategic deal pursuits.
- Experience working on large-scale outsourcing, business transformation, captive takeovers or workforce integration engagements.
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, stakeholder management and consultative selling capabilities.
- International exposure across Asian markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand or South Korea would be an advantage.
