Job Summary

Lead purchasing, pricing, sales, and supply chain operations to maximize profitability and market share. Build strong international supplier and distributor networks while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customs laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct purchasing, pricing, and sales operations to maximize profitability and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, distributors, and buyers to support business growth
• Monitor demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure an efficient and responsive supply chain
• Ensure all business transactions comply with international trade regulations and cross-border customs laws
• Negotiate contracts effectively to secure favorable terms and support financial objectives
• Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance
• Communicate cross-culturally to facilitate collaboration with key partners in the Asia-Pacific region
• Lead and manage teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of 5+ years in progressive leadership roles within wholesale management, business development, or commodity trading
• Proficiency in Bengali to liaise with the most of the Bangladeshi suppliers and clients
