• Establish strategic vision and define road map for product offerings across a business unit.

• Leads a team respon

sible for defining the road map and life cycle of products across a business unit.

• Creates business cases for new products and defines the products’ target market. • Collaborate across business units, both vertical and horizontal, on go to market strategies for products and services.

• Manages a team that partner with technology team to define requirements.

• Work with marketing to implement go to market strategies.

• Engage customers to get voice of the customer.

• Monitor competition and make recommendations on future products in specialty area.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
