We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to guide Patient Registration operations at Baton Rouge General. In this role, you’ll lead teams and processes that are critical to creating an efficient, positive experience for patients and physicians while partnering closely with clinical, finance, operational, and Information Services leaders. This position will also play an important role in the organization’s Epic implementation, helping shape Patient Registration workflows and support implementation readiness. If you enjoy improving processes, developing teams, and leading teams through significant operational change, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree or advanced education preferred.
Experience - Five to seven years of progressive experience in a hospital admissions setting. Previous supervisory or management experience required.
License/Certification - EPIC Prelude experience/certification preferred. CHAM preferred.
