• Lead and manage a team of dedicated employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Implement and ensure system execution

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering delicious food and exceptional service
• Open availability 40+ hours
• Can effectively lead, manage and develop people
• Uses time wisely
