The position has a direct reporting line to the Chief Corporate Officer collaborating closely to ensure the efficient functioning of the Senior Leadership Team as a high-performing executive team. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering a robust culture and promoting engagement throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience and a broad understanding of the Pharmaceutical business
- Capable of working with Senior Leaders withing the company
- Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level is essential.
