Summary
Leads clinical operations for multiple medical clinics, setting quality and financial goals while managing provider productivity and patient satisfaction in a healthcare network.
Provides leadership and oversight for medical clinics operations at multiple sites. In partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Ambulatory Division Chief and Primary Care Section Chief, this position is responsible for setting expectations in the areas of medical quality, service access, utilization, finance, productively and operational excellence. Support the medical clinics leads and managers in improving and maintaining provider productively and service quality. Represents the medical clinics in organizational projects, committees and initiatives.
Responsible for implementing the Providence Medical Group strategic and financial goals in the area of reasonability. Optimizes services to achieve the highest levels of patient satisfaction and successfully manages to organizational benchmarks in the areas of medical quality, utilization, service/access, and financial performance. Develops management and assists in the professional growth of support staff within the PMG clinics and business offices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration Or combination of education and directly related progressive expanded work experience in healthcare clinics and administration.
- 5 years of Progressive experience, managing complex healthcare administrative projects and business units, and governance support to senior leadership.
- 3 years of Specific experience working with senior leaders teams, matrix leadership in a region or enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration or other applicable focus.
