Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial reporting throughout the company by:
− Driving total company financial reporting including due dates and deliverables for Monthly Financial Review, Standard Monthly Reporting Package, Latest Estimate reporting and Quarterly forecasts, etc.
− Initiating guidance along with creating and distributing templates to the broader finance team along with consolidation of inputs in order to pull together the total company story.
− Leading total company cash flow forecast by partnering with key stakeholders across the broader finance team.
− Managing Board of Director Presentations along with other critical Executive level Management Reviews.
− Partnering with the various finance business partners and HR in order to deliver total Company Headcount and Reporting.
− Partnering with Tax and Treasury on incorporating below the line impacts into all Total company reporting (i.e., tax rate, interest expense, fx, etc.).
− Collaborating with Investor Relations, Accounting and Finance leadership with any external reporting needs including script, Q&A, earnings release, etc.
− Developing the FP&A calendar including distributing key due dates to the broader finance team and ensuring all needed meetings are scheduled on the calendar with the right key participants needed for each meeting.
− Being able to leverage problem solving skills in order to trouble shoot when financials are not making sense.

• FP&A Transformation: Lead transformation journey across FP&A. Partner with other finance functions, IT, PMO, IGBS, etc. to develop and implement holistic roadmap. Engage systems experts to help identify opportunities to deploy automation and other technologies tools and resources.
• Process & Design Improvement: Design and implement processes and procedures to streamline data gathering and reporting in support of Corporate FP&A activities.
• Team Development: Responsible for coaching and developing direct and indirect reports. Will establish goals and objectives and track progress, providing timely feedback along the way. Set development plans and ensure team has resources to be set up for success.

• Special Projects: Work on specific unique projects which may call for reporting and analysis skills, including continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a global growth-oriented, publicly-traded company, broad finance background that includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance, internal management reporting systems, budgeting, acquisitions and investment analysis and financial modeling.
• Previous experience within Corporate FP&A is highly preferred.
• Previous manufacturing/distribution and healthcare experience a plus.
• Full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to learn new accounting & reporting tools.
• Proven ability to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication, presence, and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
• Systems savvy - experience with SAP/SAC is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills are required.
• Able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data to create useful information and concise analyses.
• Able to effectively manage projects; results oriented and able to roll-up the sleeves in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
• Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
• Has highest standards of integrity reflected in all external and internal communications.
• Self-motivated, high energy, respectful, honest, hard-working and loyal team.

Physical Requirements:
• General office environment, may sit for long periods of time.
• Domestic and international travel may be required up to 5% of the time.

NOTE: This position is based in Acton, MA, and the individual is expected to be in the office on a hybrid schedule basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $162,300.00 - $243,450.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
