Director - Corporate Sales
Role Overview
We are
seeking a highly accomplished Director – Corporate Sales to lead enterprise
growth as Regional Head for the West, driving new business across large
corporates, GCCs, IT/ITES firms, manufacturing companies, BFSI, pharma, and
emerging sectors. The individual will build and scale strategic relationships
with CXOs, HR leaders, Benefits Heads, Total Rewards teams, CHROs, CFOs, and
Procurement stakeholders, while leading a regional sales team.
The role
demands a consultative sales leader who can identify business opportunities,
shape complex solutions, lead strategic negotiations, and deliver sustained
revenue growth while positioning ekincare as the preferred health benefits and
workforce healthcare partner. A strong, established broker-channel network is
central to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & New Business Acquisition
• Own annual sales targets and drive predictable
enterprise revenue growth across the region.
• Build a strong pipeline of mid-market and
large enterprise opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients
through direct selling and partner ecosystems.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting
to closure.
• Achieve quarterly and annual bookings,
revenue, and customer-acquisition goals.
• Develop strategic account plans for high-value
prospects.
CXO & Enterprise Relationship Management
• Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, Benefits Leaders,
CFOs, CEOs, and Procurement teams.
• Position ekincare's healthcare and benefits
platform as a strategic workforce productivity solution.
• Build long-term executive relationships across
enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee
healthcare, benefits optimization, and workforce wellness.
Consultative Solution Selling
• Understand client challenges around employee
health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs.
• Design customized solutions leveraging
ekincare's health benefits ecosystem.
• Lead solution presentations, business case
creation, and ROI discussions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and executive
presentations.
Broker Channel & Strategic Partnerships
• Own and grow relationships across the
insurance-broker channel (Marsh, Aon, WTW, Howden, Prudent, and similar) to
drive co-sell and referral pipelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, TPAs, insurers,
and ecosystem partners.
• Develop go-to-market initiatives for new
industry verticals.
• Expand presence within existing enterprise
accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing
regional enterprise sales team.
• Establish sales processes, forecasting
discipline, and pipeline governance.
• Coach the team on complex deal management and
executive engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer
Success, and Operations teams to maximize customer outcomes.
Forecasting & Business Planning
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and
opportunity tracking for the region.
• Provide periodic business reviews and market
intelligence.
• Track competitive landscape and emerging
trends in employee healthcare and benefits.
Requirements
• A demonstrated track record of owning a ₹15
Cr+ enterprise sales portfolio and leading a team to close it is the primary
anchor for this role, more than years of experience.
• Established relationships within the broker
channel (Marsh, Aon, WTW, Howden, Prudent, etc.) are
critical for this role.
• Executive-ready communicator with strong
presence in front of CXOs and senior HR leadership.
• Good with numbers — comfortable with Excel and
Zoho CRM for portfolio, forecasting, and team-pipeline management.
• Typically 10+ years of B2B/enterprise sales
experience selling employee health benefits, wellness, or OPD to CHROs, HR
leaders, and corporate decision-makers, with prior experience leading a sales
team — indicative rather than a strict requirement for the right portfolio and
network.
• Sound knowledge of sales funnels, comfortable
managing data, and building lasting relationships.
Key Competencies
• Broker Channel Partnering (critical)
• Strategic Enterprise Selling
• Consultative Sales
• Solution Selling
• CXO Stakeholder Management
