Oversee end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects, managing construction, MEP, testing, and client handover while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of mission-critical data centre projects from construction through testing, commissioning, and client handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects from build through commissioning.
- Manage construction, MEP, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and risk management.
- Lead testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and client handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor project teams and promote operational excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in construction, MEP systems, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, cooling systems, electrical distribution, BMS, and critical infrastructure.
- Experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
