Director, Digital Operations & Product Specialist, Business Operations

Job Responsibilities

· Based on company strategy, business pain‑points, customer research and user research, participate in IT product positioning, planning and top‑level design, and deliver feasible solutions.

· Participate in or take charge of IT project product‑related work, including requirement investigation, business communication, product prototype design and PRD drafting.

· Work together with business and R&D teams to verify the feasibility and execution plan of IT products. Collaborate with development and testing teams, monitor project progress, control product quality and ensure on‑time project delivery.

· Track post‑launch operation of IT products, collect product issues and operational data, implement targeted optimization, drive continuous innovation and iterative improvement of products.

· Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other IT‑related disciplines.

· Minimum 10‑year working experience in financial product planning, function design and requirement analysis. Experience in international securities business is preferred.

· Familiar with IT product R&D lifecycle, with certain understanding of development processes & standards, application frameworks, technical solutions, test plans and system architecture.

· Capable of drafting business requirements, user stories and software requirement specifications, and designing product prototypes. Possess competence in requirement analysis, product planning, solution delivery, client guidance, as well as relevant team management experience.

· Familiar with product interaction design workflow, including function analysis, user‑role analysis, prototype design, interface development and usability testing.

· Strong capability to organise and drive cross‑functional and cross‑team projects, monitor project timeline and identify project risks.

· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin.
