Key Role: Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for evidence generation, M&E, research, and adaptive learning across PSI-Ethiopia’s health and WASH programs.
Requirements:

• Master's degree (8+ yrs exp) or Bachelor's (10+ yrs exp) in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (PhD preferred)
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multi-sector health programs
• Advanced skills in M&E, STATA/SAS/R, digital health platforms, & publication record
