🎯 Mission: Lead evidence generation, measurement, and adaptive learning (CLA) across multi-sector programs (WASH, RMNCH, SRH, HIV/TB, NCDs).
🎓 Requirements:

• Master's (8+ years exp.) or Bachelor's (10+ years exp.) in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Biostatistics (PhD preferred)
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multi-sector health programs
• Expertise in STATA/SAS/R, qualitative tools, and HMIS/DHIS2
