We are looking for an experienced leader to shape and develop our Facility Services organization across Europe. In this role, you will combine strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people leadership to create safe, efficient, and engaging workplaces. You will be part of the Global Leadership Team for Engineering & Facility Service.
About the team
Facility Services Europe is responsible for delivering and developing workplace and facility services across multiple sites in the region.
Your role:
- Drive cross-site harmonization and operational excellence
- Lead both hard and soft facility services
- Partner closely with Engineering, Procurement and site leadership
- Support Real Estate, Fire Safety and Physical Security governance
- Enable excellent employee workplace experience
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and engage the Facility Services leadership team
- Define and execute the Facility Services strategy
- Ensure safe, compliant and cost-efficient delivery of facility services
- Drive regional projects and organizational transformation initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships across Novonesis and globally
Potentially relevant experience:
- 10+ years of people leadership experience in Facility Services, Engineering or Operations
- M.Sc. in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects and organizational change
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and experience from a global matrix organization
