Director - Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance, accounting, and reporting functions.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and FEMA regulations.

- Manage cross-border transactions, intercompany accounting, treasury, and foreign exchange matters.

- Oversee audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting.

- Support fundraising, investor reporting, due diligence, and strategic financial planning.

- Establish strong internal controls and scalable financial processes.

Requirements:

- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.

- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience.

Strong expertise in:

- US GAAP

- FEMA regulations

- Cross-border transactions

- International taxation and transfer pricing

- Financial reporting and compliance

- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
