Job Summary
Lead strategic growth, governance, and regulatory compliance for a CMS-licensed asset management firm, driving business development and ensuring robust operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define strategic direction for the firm’s asset management business to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure the firm’s full compliance with all Singapore CMS regulatory requirements to maintain license integrity.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including fundraising and managing client relationships to expand assets under management.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and operational processes to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate commitment by allocating sufficient time and attention to fulfill director duties effectively.
- Uphold integrity and competence by meeting “fit and proper” criteria and maintaining a strong professional reputation free of regulatory or disciplinary issues.
- Apply deep knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, including compliance, risk management, and governance standards, to guide firm policies and practices.
- At least 5 years of senior experience in fund management or financial services to inform leadership decisions and regulatory adherence.
