Job Description:
This job is responsible for acting as the primary contact and advisor to targeted client group. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs and proactively generating relevant ideas and solutions, as well as enlisting the necessary expertise of product specialists, credit products officers, and support staff to deliver banking services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on primary client coverage responsibilities and serves as the primary contact on select senior client relationships, while providing execution support to senior bankers in day-to-day client coverage and deal processes
  • Drives origination efforts while providing support to others in new business development by leading presentations and providing advice to clients
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to clients by utilizing a deep understanding of the clients’ strategies and collaborating with internal partners to identify and recommend solutions to client needs
  • Supervises the preparation and execution of final client presentation work products, attends client meetings, and interacts with partners to effectively and competitively position the bank, while following up in a conscientious manner
  • Originates and maintains strategic client relationships including at the CEO, CFO, and Board level, while proactively addressing client needs and serving as a strategic advisor
  • Oversees the process for coordinating information flow and execution of work products with product groups, internal and external legal, tax, accounting, rating agencies, and regulatory parties
  • Participates in the recruitment, development, training and management of resources, including vice presidents
