Director, Global Master Data Governance

This role is a unique opportunity to shape how data powers decision-making across Vuori. As the leader of our Master Data strategy, you'll partner with teams across Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture to create a trusted, scalable foundation for some of our most critical business data, including product, customer, vendor, and financial information. You'll drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise data capabilities that improve data quality, automate manual processes, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the organization. What you'll get to do:

  • Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for master data initiatives by deeply understanding business needs, data quality challenges, and the evolving enterprise data landscape.
  • Champion a unified approach to master data — including product, customer, Vendor, and financial data domains — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Strategize and drive the design of data governance processes, data stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle management experiences that empower business users and reduce friction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Operations teams to define, develop, and launch master data solutions and capabilities.
  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement to eliminate data quality issues, reduce manual data handling, and deliver measurable business outcomes such as time savings, cost reduction, and improved decision-making.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to understand how master data flows across systems, identify gaps, and champion initiatives that improve data reliability and trustworthiness enterprise wide.
  • Help to align existing systems and develop best practice for teams to manage systems involved in the Master Data lifecycle

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in data, platform, or enterprise product domains.
  • 8+ years of experience building products or platforms, ideally with exposure to data management, PLM, Assortment Planning Tools, ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional go-to-market and operations teams to drive the adoption of internal data products and capabilities across business units.
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools as well as data pipeline or integration concepts, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable product decisions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across technical and business stakeholders alike.

The salary range for this role is $173,000 per year - $222,495 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
