We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director to lead the Strategic and Growth Seller Management function within our Existing Seller Growth (ESG) Team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end seller growth strategy for a portfolio of strategic and high-potential sellers, lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, and drive measurable GMV growth at scale. The ideal candidate combines deep cross-border e-commerce expertise with strong leadership presence, a builder's mindset, and the ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution.

Seller Profile

Strategic sellers with high Walmart commitment and Growth sellers with significant untapped potential — spanning multiple categories and regions. This role oversees both the deep account management of established Walmart partners and the activation and acceleration of high-potential sellers who have yet to fully unlock their platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Seller Growth Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the seller growth strategy for Strategic and Growth seller segments. Develop tailored account plans, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and category-level growth roadmaps. Translate market insights and platform data into clear, executable strategies that accelerate GMV at scale.

· Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers. Set clear performance expectations, foster a high-accountability culture, and build a team capable of managing complex seller relationships and delivering consistent business results. Recruit top talent and build team capabilities for the long term.

· Seller Relationship Management: Own executive-level relationships with key strategic sellers. Engage sellers to gain deep category and market insights, identify growth opportunities, and remove barriers to platform success. Act as a trusted senior advisor to sellers on Walmart platform strategy, assortment planning, and operational excellence.

· Cross-functional Influence & Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships across internal teams. Influence stakeholders at all levels to align priorities, mobilize resources, and drive shared outcomes. Represent ESG perspectives confidently in senior leadership forums and cross-divisional discussions.

· Strategic Business Acumen & Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and financial insights to build compelling business cases, evaluate performance, and make evidence-based decisions. Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage and business momentum.

· Entrepreneurial Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging seller models to identify new growth opportunities. Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the team. Proactively propose and pilot new approaches to seller engagement, activation, and scaling.

· Operational Excellence & Process Building: Build scalable, repeatable processes for seller portfolio management, performance tracking, and team operations. Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadences to ensure visibility and accountability across the team. Drive continuous improvement in team productivity and operational efficiency.
