Director/Head - Planning & Project Controls

Job Description:

We currently are handling openings for the positions of Director / Head (Planning, Project Controls & Contract Administration role).

Experience:

- 20+ years of leadership experience in Programme Management, PMO, Planning, Project Controls, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Risk Management, Governance, Project Monitoring, and Project Delivery.

- Proven experience in large-scale Real Estate, Construction, PMC, EPC, Large Development or Consulting organizations from india and international locations.

- Stable career progression with demonstrated leadership and measurable contributions across reputed, professionally managed organizations.

- Exposure to managing multiple large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Enterprise PMO, driving planning, project controls, governance, and contract administration across multiple projects.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and MIS reporting.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Establish governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and project monitoring systems.

- Collaborate with business leaders, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to drive execution.

- Lead and mentor the Planning, PMO, Project Controls, Contracts, and MIS teams while driving continuous process improvements.
