Lead HR Systems & Data initiatives at Pomerleau as the Director in a hybrid work environment. Deliver operational results and enhance HR analytics capabilities nationwide. In this vital role, you report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. You will spearhead the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, fostering essential relationships with IT teams and standardizing HR processes. The focus will remain on developing system capabilities and ensuring data quality across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee SAP SuccessFactors deployment through entire project lifecycle • Collaborate with IT and internal partners for seamless integration • Standardize processes across HRIS for uniformity • Enhance team skills in systems, AI, and automation • Ensure data integrity and governance practices Requirements: • 12 years of expertise in HR Systems & technology • 5+ years of proven team leadership • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors at a national level • Exceptional analytical and prioritization skills • Capability to partner with HR leadership strategically Drive meaningful HR transformation and organizational efficiencies at Pomerleau through focused data stewardship.
