The Affinity Product (Tech) Leader is a business-based product leader responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Affinity propositions enabled by technology. The role maintains a strong external orientation—understanding competitive landscape, customer needs, distribution channels, and value capture—and translates these insights into a prioritized product roadmap and outcomes that technology teams can deliver. The role partners closely with technology product and architecture counterparts to shape the multi-year evolution of the product capabilities and ensure delivery aligns to business goals and customer value. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders, articulates value and business context, and guides prioritization based on market feedback and performance outcomes
