Director

We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to serve as a local Director of our Singapore company and assist with banking and account-related matters.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the company’s locally resident director.

- Review company documents, administrative and regulatory compliance documents, and resolutions before signing.

- Assist with opening and maintaining corporate accounts with local banks, digital banks and cryptocurrency service providers.

- Attend bank interviews or verification calls when required.

- Attend board meetings and remain available for company-related matters when required.

Requirements

- Able to meet applicable fit and proper requirements and undergo relevant background checks.

- Understand directors’ legal duties and responsibilities.

- Responsible, responsive and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Previous experience in directorship, business management, accounting, legal or compliance would be an advantage.
