Director

Job Description:

• Oversee overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the company
• Manage corporate governance, compliance, and statutory matters (in line with ACRA requirements)
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the F&B outlet(s)
• Build and manage key business relationships, including suppliers, landlords, and partners
• Provide strategic direction on expansion, branding, and business development

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management or director role
• Prior experience in the F&B industry preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and business acumen
• Good command of English; Korean language ability an advantage
