Kian Ann is a growth-oriented distributor of heavy equipment parts and diesel engine components. We carry over 200 brands with more than 1.3 million product lines serving infrastructure, construction, forestry, mining, and marine industries worldwide.

Job Summary

The Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic plans, and providing leadership to staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, effective communication, and budget management experience.

This role reports to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Lead and direct staff to meet objectives and ensure effective organizational operations
• Establish policies and procedures that promote the organization's values and culture
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets through forecasting and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates a diverse workforce
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the Board of Directors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 7-10 years of management and leadership experience
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking capability
