Providence is seeking a collaborative and operationally strong Director of Nursing to lead nursing services at Holy Family Hospital. This is an opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to shape clinical operations, strengthen a developing manager team, and advance quality, patient safety, and caregiver engagement within a Magnet-aligned culture.
Working in close partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will provide leadership across inpatient nursing, emergency services, critical care, and the Family Maternity Center, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU. The position oversees approximately six direct-report leaders and nursing operations supporting approximately 625 FTEs.
