☑️ B2B

We are looking for a Director of AI Products to join a New York-headquartered AI company building infrastructure for enterprise AI agents. The platform encodes a company's policies, workflows, and operational logic into a structured data model, so agents produce auditable, repeatable outcomes instead of plausible-sounding guesses. Customers include global consumer brands, logistics operators, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Product leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing a team of product managers

  • Track record of contributing to product strategy and converting it into shipped, measured outcomes rather than roadmaps that stall

  • Practical experience building with LLMs and agent systems: evaluation frameworks, handling non-determinism, designing for user trust under probabilistic output, and separating what is buildable now from what is not

  • Demonstrated prioritization: deciding what does not get built, optimizing for outcome rather than volume of releases, and declining work without damaging relationships

  • Direct customer contact as a working habit, with impact defined in the customer's metrics

  • A stated position on where the agentic AI market is heading and how to position against it

  • Experience building for enterprise security requirements, including how sensitive data moves through AI workflows

  • Written and verbal communication that survives contact with engineers, executives, and buyers, without jargon

  • Daily use of AI tools inside your own product workflow, with a verification standard applied to the output

Nice to Have:

  • Production experience with agentic systems: tool calling, orchestration, retrieval, or LLM-backed products at scale

  • Experience shipping or selling to enterprise buyers with audit, reliability, and trust requirements

  • Technical depth sufficient to hold credibility with senior engineers and assess feasibility independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape product direction alongside the CEO and CTO, then sequence the bets and set the delivery plan

  • Lead, hire, and grow a team of AI-native product managers, and raise the hiring bar as the team scales

  • Work hands-on with designers and engineers from problem definition through shipped product

  • Ship agentic AI products enterprises can rely on, with the evaluation infrastructure, trust surface, and UX that production demands

  • Ground every product decision in direct customer evidence, and define success in user and business terms

  • Apply AI across research, definition, and prototyping, with a high verification bar on what the tools return
