We are looking for a proven Director of Application Architecture to lead architecture and infrastructure in our rapidly scaling company. This role requires a leader who loves to be hands-on, brings deep technical knowledge, knows cloud infrastructure, and has experience scaling distributed, cloud-based solutions. This role will work in direct partnership with the CTO to drive our technical vision and strategy as well as participate directly in its execution.

You have experience managing and cultivating engineers in a way that fosters an infectious spirit of innovation. You understand that secure high-quality technical design and implementation has a meaningful impact on patient experience and client outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Remain forward-looking with Azure technologies and help determine what new solutions and implementations will meet growing business and system requirements
• Identify areas of opportunity for technical improvement in our platform, develop strategies for implementing those improvements and execute upon those strategies
• Ensure designs and implementations accelerate product development throughout the engineering organization
• Develop proof of concept projects in proposed technology selections to vet technologies and ensure they meet organizational requirements
• Create and deliver training to educate, professionally develop our team and ensure adherence to best practices associated with our architecture
