Director of Assistant Living/RN

Dove Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Facility Director/RN to lead our 14-bed Spooner Assisted Living Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality care and services. Responsibilities include overseeing resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and supporting the overall success of the community.

As the Facility Director/RN, you will:

• respond to any family and/or resident concerns
• tour perspective families and/or residents
• round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• conduct audits per CBRF registry
• maintain employee schedules
• maintain attendance and payroll records
• participate in recruitment and retention activities

Required Qualifications:

• active RN license
• must be age 18+
• previous employment in a caregiving role (i.e. nurse, resident assistant (RA), CNA, personal care worker, or home health aide)
