Coburn Technologies is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Business Systems to lead and optimize our business systems, with a strong emphasis on Infor SyteLine ERP expertise. This role is critical to supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring our ERP system, SQL databases, and business applications meet evolving business needs.
Extensive, hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will combine deep ERP knowledge, manufacturing business acumen, and technical leadership to drive system improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Infor SyteLine ERP.
- Manage SQL Server databases and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
- Translate business needs into effective technology solutions across manufacturing, finance, inventory, and operations.
- Oversee business applications, IT infrastructure, system security, backups, and external IT service providers.
- Lead and develop the Business Systems team while driving process improvement and system integration initiatives.
