POSITION SUMMARY:
The Children's Outpatient (COP) Services Program provides outpatient therapy, behavioral health case management, and High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) services for children and families experiencing behavioral health conditions, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, abuse histories, substance use disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Services are delivered in both office and community-based settings and are designed to promote resilience, emotional well-being, healthy development, family stability, and improved quality of life through individualized, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
This is a professional leadership position responsible for the operational, administrative, and programmatic oversight of Children's Outpatient Services within the Outpatient Services Division. The Director of Children's Outpatient Services provides leadership to program supervisors and is accountable for ensuring high-quality service delivery, achievement of program outcomes, regulatory and contractual compliance, effective utilization of program resources, and alignment with the agency's strategic priorities. The Director develops and implements operational strategies that support organizational goals, monitors program performance, oversees the effective utilization of program resources and funding, and promotes continuous quality improvement across all Children's Outpatient programs. The Director collaborates with agency leadership and community partners to strengthen service delivery, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure positive outcomes for the children and families served. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all programs under their oversight achieve established annual client-facing, client care service expectations. The Director is expected to understand the annual client-facing, client care service requirements for each program and develop strategies to ensure those expectations are achieved. Meeting the minimum required weekly, monthly, and annual client-facing client care service expectations is an essential function of this position. This position is primarily office-based with responsibilities requiring regular work in community settings.
