Director of Compensation

The individual will be responsible for managing the compensation structure, policies and programs for all non-exempt and exempt positions. The Director of Compensation will lead a team of compensation professionals focusing on the implementation, communication and administration of all aspects of compensation programs including compensation philosophy, goals and objectives, job analysis, job evaluation, market surveys, FLSA compliance and analysis, and salary increase practices. The Director of Compensation will also drive the design and implementation of the Company's base and short-term programs. This position would be an easy commute for someone in Berks, Lancaster, Lehigh or a Western suburban Philadelphian county.

    Position Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation program development, design and administration.
    • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required.
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
    • Expertise in compensation methodologies, systems and pay practices.
    • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with base, variable, and sales compensation programs.
    • Advanced spreadsheet skills using Excel.
    • Proficient in the use of an HRIS solution.
