Director of Data & AI Governance

AfterWork Startup in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Data & AI Governance Lead to define and implement an enterprise‑wide governance framework. You will partner with the Head of Data Science & Governance to strengthen data quality, regulatory compliance and customer experience through powerful data assets and AI capabilities.

You will establish standards, monitor data protection practices, drive a governance roadmap, and lead a team to deliver tangible improvements across functions while engaging
