Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Director of Demand Generation & Marketing to our team in Cameron, WI. The Director of Demand Generation & Marketing is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution that drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across Mosaic's residential and business services. This role leads the marketing team and oversees demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and revenue-focused campaigns. The successful candidate understands the importance of innovation, data-driven decision making, leadership, and delivering measurable business results.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Lead the marketing team and direct overall marketing strategy and priorities
• Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and expansion marketing programs
• Manage digital marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle campaigns
• Partner with leadership on product launches, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
• Oversee marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data and reporting insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple marketing channels

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Eight or more years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle marketing
• Previous leadership experience managing and developing a marketing team
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing technology platforms preferred
