Director of Education
The Director of College Engagement & Education is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with chiropractic colleges throughout North America and internationally. This role serves as the primary liaison between Foot Levelers and academic institutions, engaging students, faculty, administrators, and clinic staff while advancing educational initiatives, research collaboration, and clinical integration.
The Director of College Engagement & Education combines relationship-building expertise with clinical knowledge and research fluency to support the adoption of biomechanics and orthotic education within chiropractic programs. This position plays a critical role in strengthening Foot Levelers' presence within chiropractic education and fostering future practitioner confidence in prescribing orthotics that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
College Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Deans, Clinic Directors, faculty members, and student leaders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Foot Levelers and chiropractic colleges.
- Establish and maintain a visible, active presence on chiropractic campuses.
- Conduct regular follow-up through meetings, calls, and virtual engagements to strengthen relationships and support initiatives.
- Capture feedback and insights from colleges and communicate opportunities and recommendations to leadership.
Education & Training
- Deliver workshops, classroom lectures, and educational presentations on biomechanics, orthotics, rehabilitation, and patient outcomes.
- Integrate Foot Levelers educational content into classroom, laboratory, club, and clinic environments.
- Support student engagement initiatives that increase awareness and understanding of Foot Levelers products and clinical applications.
- Develop and support student and faculty ambassador programs.
Research Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Research Consultant to facilitate active and planned research projects at participating institutions.
- Support implementation and execution of research initiatives on campus.
- Confidently communicate research findings and their clinical relevance to faculty, students, and practitioners.
- Promote Foot Levelers as a research-driven and clinically credible educational partner.
Program Management & Strategic Growth
- Maintain the Foot Levelers liaison program and ensure accountability for established deliverables.
- Develop strategic plans for campus engagement activities with measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement efforts related to student participation, faculty support, and research collaboration.
- Provide leadership with recommendations to strengthen educational partnerships and expand adoption of Foot Levelers products and programs.
