The Opportunity:

What You’ll Lead:

Complex Electrical & Infrastructure Design

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a range of project types

  • Provide technical oversight on:

    • Power distribution systems (medium & high voltage)

    • Central plant and campus infrastructure

    • Emergency and backup power systems

    • Mission-critical and resilient electrical systems

  • Ensure designs meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and complianc

Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team

  • Drive clear, decisive project execution across multiple concurrent projects

  • Maintain accountability for quality, delivery, and team performance

Client & Project Leadership

  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships

  • Lead project discussions, presentations, and strategic engagements

  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential

  • Minimum 20 years of direct, relevant electrical engineering experience

The right candidate must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in healthcare and life-critical infrastructure environments

  • In-depth knowledge of complex power systems, including:

    • High-voltage distribution

    • Campus-scale infrastructure

    • Central plant systems

    • Mission-critical electrical design

  • A track record of leading teams and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects

  • Strong client-facing capability with the ability to communicate clearly and lead with confidence
