Summary
Oversee hotel engineering operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and maintenance projects in Bangkok.
Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system, maintenance of building and kitchen equipment.
Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines.
Manage the maintenance & renovation project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry as a Director level.
- Experienced in a hotel renovation / PPM is preferable.
- Strong technical competencies & managerial skills.
