We're seeking an exceptional Director of Engineering with a proven background in building world-class consumer digital products and leading product-driven engineering organisations.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For
* Significant engineering leadership experience within large-scale consumer technology or digital product organisations.
* A proven record of transforming engineering cultures to become more product-focused and customer-driven.
* Experience delivering exceptional digital experiences across high-volume consumer platforms.
* Demonstrated success leading organisational change, scaling teams and developing engineering leaders.
* Strong commercial and product thinking, with the ability to connect engineering investment to customer and business outcomes.
* Experience partnering with executive Product and Design leaders to shape digital strategy.
* A passion for challenging conventional thinking and building engineering organisations that consistently deliver outstanding products.
