Broadcom is seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead the development of vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) and our strategic contributions to the CNCF upstream community. This isn't just a management role; it's a seat at the table for the future of the private cloud. Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will have the mandate to define and execute on the product vision while making strategic investments in the upstream community to deliver a killer k8s experience.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS), ensuring it meets the rigorous demands of global enterprise customers while simultaneously elevating Broadcom's influence within the upstream Kubernetes community. By mentoring a leadership layer of managers and staff engineers, you will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure primitives and seamless cloud-native experiences, driving the strategic roadmap that defines the future of the private cloud. Your success will be measured by the stability of our platform, the velocity of our releases, and our standing as a top-tier
