Director of Finance & Business Support

To lead Finance Team in all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations, to ensure that all local & corporate policies & procedures are observed and to supervise the day to day operations of the Finance office. We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.

You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks.

Your experience and skills include:
- Lead, mentor and train the Finance team
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Experience in hotel industry - String finance / accounting operation experience
- Being a Director of Finance for at least 3 years with proven stable background
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- All SOPs - Control systems
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
