Director of Finance (Complex)

• Create, drive and direct divisional strategies and goals in line with organizational goals.
• Engage in Divisional SWOT analysis and Gap analysis for optimal divisional performance.
• Create divisional business plans.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Department Heads.
• Implement strategies to improve divisional performance and develop organizational culture.
• Prepare comprehensive divisional budgets, report on divisional revenue and oversee divisional
financial accounts in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Manage all accounting operations, maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, manage
financial transactions and prepare quarterly financial reports and monitor compliance to finance
policy.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting – including VAT and International Agencies
Reports.
• Monitor and initiate internal control procedures to minimize risks and ensure the efficiency of
operations.
• Engage in additional duties commensurate with the position.
• Any other duties assigned.
