Director of Growth Marketing (B2B)
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.
We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.
We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
Role:
SentiLink is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to build and lead our pipeline generation engine. You will own the strategy and execution behind how we generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across our highest-priority accounts. This includes integrated campaigns, account-based growth, organic discovery (AEO/SEO), website optimization, events, and marketing analytics.
This is a player-coach role for someone who has personally built successful demand generation programs and has also led teams responsible for executing them. You will develop a clear point of view on where SentiLink should invest, build a campaign calendar aligned to company priorities, and measure success against pipeline and ARR (not MQLs, website traffic, or other vanity metrics).
You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Data Science, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing investments directly translate into business growth.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who has generated meaningful, attributable B2B pipeline through integrated campaigns, compelling content, organic discovery, targeted distribution, and strong website experiences. Experience in fraud, identity, fintech, or financial services is a plus but not required. What matters most is a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline for technical products with sophisticated buyers and long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
Own SentiLink's growth marketing strategy and execution, with accountability for generating qualified pipeline and supporting ARR growth.
Develop and execute an integrated marketing calendar that aligns campaigns to company priorities, target accounts, product launches, and revenue goals.
Build end-to-end campaigns by defining objectives, audiences, messaging, creative assets, distribution strategy, and success metrics, then optimize based on results.
Partner closely with Sales to increase awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and conversion across SentiLink's highest-priority enterprise accounts.
Own SentiLink's organic growth strategy, including SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO), to improve visibility and trust with buyers researching fraud, identity, and risk solutions.
Lead the evolution of SentiLink's website as a conversion engine through landing pages, content experiences, resource center improvements, and ongoing optimization.
Develop the strategy for industry events, webinars, executive programs, and other field marketing initiatives that create pipeline and accelerate strategic opportunities.
Build and own marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting, ensuring marketing investments are measured against pipeline, revenue, and business impact.
Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Data Science to translate product capabilities and market insights into compelling campaigns and customer narratives.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while establishing scalable processes and operating rhythms.
Evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and AI-enabled tools that improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and pipeline generation.
Serve as a key partner to executive leadership, helping shape SentiLink's go-to-market strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant ownership of demand generation or growth marketing for enterprise software companies.
Experience building demand generation programs at growth-stage B2B companies.
Demonstrated success generating meaningful, attributable pipeline and revenue.
Able to walk through campaigns you personally built in detail, including:
Business objective
Target audience and segmentation
Messaging
Creative assets
Distribution strategy
Performance against pipeline and revenue goals
Experience developing marketing programs targeting strategic enterprise customers.
Strong experience building and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with SEO and AEO, with a strong point of view on how AI is changing organic discovery.
Experience owning website strategy, including landing pages, content hubs, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytics and attribution skills with experience connecting marketing investments directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Demonstrated people leadership.
Experience marketing fraud, identity, fintech, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, or adjacent enterprise technology products preferred.
Experience marketing to financial institutions, fintechs, marketplaces, or other regulated industries preferred.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign development, content creation, SEO/AEO, personalization, analytics, and marketing operations preferred.
Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales organizations.
Strong operating judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
B2B SaaS, infrastructure software, cybersecurity, fintech, or another technical enterprise software background required.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing technology platforms.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
Compensation:
$180,000-$230,000 base + equity + benefits
Note: This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
