Porters Neck Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Director of Home Care to join our team!
- Three years of management experience in a private duty or related organization preferred
- Has excellent observation and communication skills.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create a document or simple spreadsheet.
- Ability to learn relevant business system tools
- Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials
- Customer oriented with ability to listen to and anticipate needs of the customer
- Exceptional communications and organizational skills
- Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email, letter, and proposals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present professional demonstrations
- Intuitive with ability to perceive others' feelings and motives quickly from subtle signals
- Good listening skills with ability to receive information completely and understand what is being said
- Interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Organized with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines
- Quick study with ability to master a situation or learn new things with minimum direction or training
- Judgment with ability to formulate opinions, compare and decide with good sense
