Director of Human Resources and Payroll (HR)

Greenwood Center is now seeking a Human Resources Director (HR) to join our team.

Responsibilities of the HR Director:

• Auditing files and filing paperwork
• Coordinating interviews for new staff
• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
• Process payroll bi-weekly
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed

Qualifications of the HR Director:

• Two years of experience in HR
• Two years of experience in the healthcare field
• Two years experience with processing payroll
• Degree in HR preferred
• Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
